About the Founder
Damini Rijhwani
Founder & CEO, Automation Core Inc.
From AI research for image-guided therapy at Philips to founding Automation Core Inc., Damini combines medical imaging research with software engineering. She is a named co-inventor on published Philips patent applications and a coauthor of research published in Medical Physics and IEEE Computer.
Her current work, Dalphene, brings anatomical reference visualization and practice workflows to medical aesthetics. She filed U.S. provisional application 64/070,478 in May 2026 and Indian convention application 202614104287 in August 2026. Her sole-authored paper on federated probabilistic digital twins was accepted at the Medical World Model workshop at MICCAI 2026.
She also reviews research for the Journal of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery (JPRAS) and medical-imaging workshops, connecting her product work with ongoing scientific research.
