About the Founder
Damini Rijhwani
Founder & CEO, Automation Core Inc.
From the research labs at Philips, where she developed patented AI systems for medical imaging, to founding Automation Core Inc. Damini brings a rare combination of deep technical expertise and entrepreneurial vision.
Her current work — Dalphene, an AI-first operating system for medical aesthetics — led to a recently filed U.S. provisional patent on patient-specific vascular occlusion risk prediction for injectable procedures. She is also a peer reviewer for the Journal of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery (JPRAS).
Her work spans healthcare diagnostics, fintech infrastructure, and educational technology. Each product begins with the same question: what problem do I understand deeply enough to solve elegantly?

Patients who opt in receive appointment reminders, confirmations, reschedules, treatment preparation and aftercare instructions, follow-up check-ins, and replies to questions they send us — by text message from Automation Core. These are conversational and transactional messages only.
